Vrednost pogodbe je 1.377.588,16 EUR, dela pa morajo biti kon\u010dana najkasneje do konca junija 2024.<\/i><\/strong>\n\nHkrati je \u017eupan podpisal tudi pogodbo o nadzoru del, in sicer z direktorjem podjetja Ambiens Brankom Banovcem v vrednosti 33.916,00 EUR.\n\n<u>V sklopu projekta je Ob\u010dina \u010crnomelj \u017ee izvedla dela vzpostavitve spletne strani poslovne cone, dela izdelave vizije razvoja poslovne cone in postavitve male son\u010dne elektrarne.<\/u>\n\nCeloten projekt bo vplival na transformacijo degradiranega obmo\u010dja v poslovni coni, pove\u010danje zaposlovanja v podjetjih na tem obmo\u010dju, ustvarjanje ekosistemov podjetij z visoko dodano vrednostjo in hitrej\u0161i gospodarski razvoj ob\u010dine \u010crnomelj in regije JV Slovenija. Opremljena cona bo podjetjem okrepila podporno okolje, podjetni\u0161ko kulturo, obseg poslovanja kot tudi ve\u010djo fleksibilnost (bli\u017eina SLO in HR avtoceste) ter zagotovila okolje za privabljanje investicij.\n\nOperacija se izvaja v okviru sklada Na\u010drt za okrevanje in odpornost, razvojno podro\u010dje C3: Pametna, trajnostna in vklju\u010dujo\u010da rast, komponenta K2: Dvig produktivnosti, prijazno poslovno okolje za investitorje in investicija D: Zagotavljanje inovativnih ekosistemov ekonomsko-poslovne infrastrukture.\n\n\u00bbNalo\u017ebo financira Evropska unija
