PC TRIS Kani\u017earica je po podatkih SPIRIT Slovenija danes tretja najve\u010dja tovrstna cona v Republiki Sloveniji, ki na pomenu \u0161e posebej pridobiva v zadnjih dveh desetletjih, ko se je zaklju\u010deval postopek zapiranja rudnika rjavega premoga, ki so ga kopali na tem obmo\u010dju med 19. in 20. stoletjem. Zaradi zaprtja rudnika se je leta 1995 izdelal ureditveni na\u010drt Pridobivalni prostor rudnika Kani\u017earica, v katerem se je upo\u0161teval idejni rudarski projekt Zapiranje rudnika rjavega premoga Kani\u017earica in sanacija povr\u0161ine, ki ga je izdelal v februarju leta 1994 RRPS, Oddelek za projektiranje. V ureditvenem na\u010drtu so predvidene ru\u0161itve posameznih rudni\u0161kih objektov, sanacija in prezentacija dela rudni\u0161ke dedi\u0161\u010dine ter nova namembnost rudni\u0161kih povr\u0161in za proizvodnjo, storitvene dejavnosti, komunalne in energetske objekte ter prometne povr\u0161ine.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>V obdobju med 1995 in 2004 je na o\u017ejem obmo\u010dju nekdanjih rudni\u0161kih povr\u0161in nastala poslovno-proizvodna cona s pripadajo\u010dimi objekti. Povpra\u0161evanje po povr\u0161inah za izvajanje gospodarskih dejavnosti je kmalu presegalo ponudbo prvotno predvidenih stavbnih zemlji\u0161\u010d, zato je pri\u0161la pobuda za raz\u0161iritev stavbnih zemlji\u0161\u010d na \u0161ir\u0161e obmo\u010dje rudni\u0161kih povr\u0161in. Tako je Ob\u010dina \u010crnomelj leta 2004 sprejela spremembe in dopolnitve OPN, s katerimi se je pridobilo \u0161e dodatna stavbna zemlji\u0161\u010da za proizvodne, storitvene, poslovne, servisne, skladi\u0161\u010dne, komunalne in ostale dejavnosti. S tem se je kompleks nekdanjih rudni\u0161kih povr\u0161in zaokro\u017eil v enotno obmo\u010dje PC TRIS Kani\u017earica, ki je ponudil ve\u010dje povr\u0161ine zemlji\u0161\u010d za gradnjo proizvodno-poslovnih objektov v \u0161ir\u0161i regiji Bele krajine, Dolenjske in Vzhodne Slovenije.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-b690777 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b690777\"
